Abdulla opened the presentation with a slide showing the Brazilian flag. He explained in detail the significance of the colours, stars etc. He went on to show an excellent map showing the main cities and geographic features clearly. The map was informative but not over-detailed. He talked about Sao Paulo, the largest city, with the largest cereal stock exchange in the world. He talked also about Brasilia, the capital.
Mansoor concentrated on Rio de Janeiro & the 2014 World Cup. He showed pictures of the main stadiums.
Body language: for both students, particularly Abdulla, very good, appearing both confident & knowledgeable.
Questions: they fielded these as they went through the presentation. It was very lively with many questions from many students. Questions throughout were fielded and answered confidently & well by both students.
